The design process begins with a consultation from owner, Justus Lambros. “I want to first absorb a client’s vision for their home. How do you plan to use the space? What factors are most important to you?” Next, he shares his extensive portfolio of projects so the client can see his approach to design. After reviewing some potential design options, Justus combines your vision with his custom design. “The goal is always to exceed the client’s expectations.”
Visualizing the finished project can be a challenge for many clients. To overcome this problem we use a state of the art CAD program to generate full color 3-D renderings.
