Not only are we recognizing this as our personal top build for 2010, but so are other professionals around the country. We entered and won the national competition through NADRA for best alternative deck over 500 sq. ft. What makes this project so unique are the gentle curves and great location on the hill. The deck appears to be floating. We also built a 4-tiered waterfall that works its way under and around the deck. Finally, we installed a modern stone fire pit on the patio.

This large deck really helps to connect all of this busy family’s outdoor spaces. Of course the highlight is the built in Jacuzzi hot tub. We were able to install the decking in an interesting pattern to add some extra interest to the space. It is really special at night when the custom lights are on!

Should have gotten a before pic on this job, what a transformation! The old space was a plain old drab deck that was no destination at all. We were able to transform it into a beautiful screen porch, with exposed beams and bead board ceiling. The exterior is all clad with pvc trim which never needs painting! Beauty and performance.
